# Delete Category Command

Delete a category and optionally its child channels.

# /delete category

/delete category category:#archive child-channels:true

`category`	Category to delete.	Yes
`child-channels`	Also delete channels inside the category.	No

Requirement	Notes
Config level `advanced`	Required for non-owners.
Config `ownerOnly`	If enabled, only the guild owner can use major commands.
